Pro-File™ (Professional File)

Improving maintains a comprehensive professional file, Pro-File™, for each of our consultants. This is much more than a typical resume. It contains a complete and verified employment history, previous customer evaluations, and written professional references. Furthermore, it contains a detailed personality report (D.I.S.C) which identifies behavioral trends and management suggestions. Not only does the Pro-file™ act as a valuable management and human resource tool, but over time, it can save a company significant time, effort, and money. 

Continuous Quality

Improving, it is a value in everything we do. As a result, we dedicate ourselves to continuous quality – actively and regularly seeking feedback and suggestions. At least once every 90 days, we meet with our clients to review our performance – as a company, as individuals, and as a service organization. Through a short, but effective series of interviews, we are able to measure our performance, both objectively (standard questions) and subjectively (open ended questions). The simplicity and frequency of these discussions allows us to mitigate risk, avoid pitfalls, and most importantly, improve the service we provide our customers.

During our employment process, every consultant participates in a series of intense assessments. These evaluations include management, engineering, architecture, design, and technology components. Based upon these assessments, written professional references, and a consultant’s engagement performance, each employee receives one of three Improving endorsed certifications. Associated with a certification is an unconditional money back guarantee (duration varies based on level of certification).
