Ken Howard Receives Award of Recognition from American Airlines

DALLAS (November 5, 2007) – Ken Howard, Technical Consultant at Improving Enterprises, Inc., received a recognition award for his role as Architect for the Human Resources Outsourcing project with American Airlines and IBM.

As an Application Architect, Mr. Howard was responsible for designing and implementing an enterprise-wide integration project of new human resources software applications into the existing American Airlines infrastructure.

“This was a very large, complex project,” remarked Mr. Howard, “and the architect role is one of many critical roles that played a part in the success of the project.”

The award was presented on November 5, 2007, to recognize Mr. Howard’s part in the successful completion of the project on the projected target date.
