Defining, Designing, and Developing the User Experience
Addison, TX, 75001
Course Content
Course Length
2 daysThe scope of User Experience Design affects all aspects of the user’s interaction with a product: how it is perceived, learned, and used. The scope of UX design is holistic-its process begins with the conception of a product and carries through to its completion (and beyond).
UX Designers provide crucial design deliverables to ensure their solutions to design problems actually get built. These deliverables might take the form of detailed storyboards that show every state of a user interface in sequence, wireframes, interactive prototypes, comprehensive design specifications; or a combination of these. Producing these UX design deliverables is a fundamental part of a successful product design process.
This 2-day instructor-led course will provide a detailed overview of the User Experience Design process; from research (discovery), to design, to development. Within this context students will explore the indispensable activities, deliverables, and recommended tools that go into crafting successful user experiences.
