Rogers Named President of Improving – Texas
Dallas, Texas – Improving Enterprises announced today that Barry Rogers has been named as President for the company’s Texas Branch. The appointment marks a significant progression in Improving’s Enterprise strategy. “Barry has been an integral part of our success for over four years and has clearly demonstrated his unique ability to inspire and lead this chapter in our Texas operation“, said Curtis Hite, CEO, Improving Enterprises.
Barry’s primary responsibility will be to lead and manage Improving’s regional business development, consulting, and recruiting operations. As Improving continues to expand through merger and acquisition, regional Presidents will be named to lead local operations. Daniel Gray has assumed a similar position in Columbus, Ohio.
Prior to being named President, Barry successfully served in the role of Senior Vice President of Professional Services. Barry is a founder of Improving Enterprises, Inc. and is also a published author. His recent book titled, “Individuals and Interactions: an Agile Guide”, will be released in April 2011.
