After deciding to implement MOSS, the Tenet Healthcare Corporation contracted Improving Enterprises, Inc., a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, to create a series of browser-based video tutorials that will help facilitate an accelerated transition to SharePoint. Improving’s SharePoint specialists decided to use Adobe Captivate, a video screen capture program, to build a library of tutorials that will effectively demonstrate to Tenet’s employees how to not only get started with MOSS, but also, how to use some of its more advanced features.

In this circumstance, using Captivate offered a cost effective alternative to class room training,” said Improving Enterprises team member, Sean Godfrey. “This type of online training allows Tenet to educate a broader number of its employee in a very short period of time.” When more advanced training is necessary, it can be administered on a case-by-case basis.
