Merger Makes for Well-Equipped Consulting Firm
Improving Enterprises and the Blue Ocean Group announced today an agreement to merge the two companies, a combination that will create a more effective and efficient provider in the advanced software training, consulting, and outsourcing industry.
The merger will bring together the experienced management team of the Blue Ocean Group with the well-established respect of the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Improving Enterprises.
“Because of their excellent reputation within the Microsoft community and their emphasis on learning services, Improving was very attractive to the Blue Ocean Group, a network of very experienced business and technology professionals,” states Curtis Hite, owner of the Blue Ocean Group and Improving Enterprises’ new CEO.
